Noviqent Estates is provided by Noviqent Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17232197). This page summarises the main points of how the service works. Our full terms of service, together with any order or agreement we sign with you, form the contract between us.

Who the service is for

Noviqent Estates is a business service for managing agents, residents' management companies, right to manage companies and others who manage residential buildings in England and Wales. Residents, directors and contractors use the portals at the invitation of the organisation managing their building.

Trials and pricing

New agencies can try Noviqent Estates free for 30 days. Prices shown on this website are a guide; your pricing is agreed with you and confirmed in writing before you are charged.

Your responsibilities

• Keep sign-in details safe and make sure each person has their own account.
• Make sure the information you enter, such as lease shares, budgets and contact details, is accurate.
• Review demands, notices and payments before you issue or approve them; you remain responsible for your management of each building.
• Use the service lawfully and in line with data protection law.

Our responsibilities

• Provide the service with reasonable skill and care, and keep it secure.
• Process personal data only on your instructions, as set out in our data processing terms.

Payments by residents

Online payments by Direct Debit and instant bank payment are processed by GoCardless under its own terms, on behalf of the organisation managing the building.
