Who is responsible for the data

Each managing agent, residents' management company or right to manage company using Noviqent Estates is the controller of the data about its buildings, leaseholders, residents, directors and contractors. Noviqent Ltd processes that data on its behalf, under its instructions and our data processing terms. If you live in a building managed through Noviqent Estates, your managing agent is your first point of contact about your data.

What we use data for

• Providing the service: running buildings, accounts, repairs, notices and the portals.
• Taking payments through GoCardless when a resident chooses to pay online.

Where data is kept and how it is protected

Noviqent Estates is hosted in the UK. Bank details and access codes are encrypted at rest, each agency's data is kept separate, and access is controlled by role.
